Course Fees

The 2020 course fees are as follows:

Residents/Students/Fellows full course rate:  $250 + HST 13%

Payments for individual participants must be be made via credit card. No cash or cheque payment is accepted for individual registrations.

 

 ** RESIDENCY PROGRAMS FUNDING THEIR RESIDENTS .

 

Procedure:

All residents must register with their own email address or they will not receive any course communications nor their unique passwords to access the presentations.

Option 1: Please ask your residents to pay on line via credit card. They will be emailed a receipt 

Option 2: Please ask your residents to register on line but use the "pay by cheque" option. Please then email us at ottawaradcme@toh.ca  with a list of your residents and send a cheque payable to: The University of Ottawa.  Kindly email us and we will confirm the mailing address.

Payments MUST be received prior to course start date.

Refund and Course Cancellation Policy

Written notification of refund request must be received at least 7 business days or more days prior to the start of the course.  Refunds are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.   Cancellations made within 7 days are non- refundable. Cancellation fees are non-transferable.   Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to ottawaradcme@toh.on.ca  

 The University of Ottawa reserves the right to cancel its courses, and is not responsible for any costs (including but not limited to travel costs such as airfares, cancellation or penalty costs from airlines or hotel cancellation fees) that participants may have incurred as a result of the cancellation. In the event that the University of Ottawa cancels the course, all course fees will be refunded. Please book your travel with this policy in mind.
